Dinner with Eszter&Tommy

We had our first official guests in our new flat for a light dinner. It`s already very hot here and you can feel that the humidity is rising too! The nights are not cool anymore, so i decided to serve small dishes and mainly cold once. The only hot dish i made it was an onion quiche.


my favorite side dish now: barley with crunchy carrot and "french cheese"-
this is a bit salty cheese but still soft one, a bit like a harder salty mozzarella



 for desert i served small portion cheese cream with different kind of toppings
home-made peach jam with pistachio / home-made cherry jam with almonds
and mint / tahini with a drop of honey and nuts and some drill / grapes with
honey and nuts / apple with cinnamon and almonds

the quiche is my favorite basic recipe:

dow:
150 g flour
90 g   butter
1 egg yolk

toping:
1 bouquet of spring onion / 12-14 smaller piece/
1 pore hagyma :)
2 eggs
250 g soft cheese / tejfol, low fat philadelphia /
parmezan
